Delivery Policy
1. Partner Couriers
We deliver in Romania and across Europe exclusively through trusted partners:
- DPD — standard parcels, in Romania and internationally
- GLS — standard parcels, in Romania and internationally
- Pall-Ex — pallet deliveries (large volumes, B2B orders)
After placing your order, you will automatically receive the AWB number by email to track your parcel in real-time, directly on the courier's website.
2. Delivery Rates in Romania
Our system automatically calculates the shipping cost based on the parcel's weight:

3. International Rates
- EU + UK, Switzerland, Norway: rates calculated automatically at checkout, based on country and weight.
- Maximum online weight: 100 KG per transaction. For larger orders, contact us at artosgranos@gmail.com for a pallet quote (Pall-Ex).
4. Delivery Zones and Times
- Romania (DPD & GLS): delivery in 1-3 working days.
- Europe (DPD & GLS): delivery in 2-8 working days, depending on the destination country.
- "Made to Order" Products: delivery time is a minimum of 60 days.
5. Receipt Conditions (mandatory)
- Deliveries are made to the front of the house or apartment building.
- For pallet deliveries (Pall-Ex), please ensure access routes for unloading.
- Parcel Verification: it is essential to check the integrity of the packaging in the presence of the courier. If the packaging is damaged or the bag is torn, note this on the transport document (AWB) to allow for product replacement processing.
